Bioplatforms Australia Data Portal API provides access to data generated via Bioplatforms of Australias National Framework Initiatives, containing microbial diversity data with associated metadata across environmental gradients. The portal contains amplicon sequences for bacteria, archaea, and general and fungal-specific eukaryotes, contextual data of sites including all Australian states and territories, varied bioregions, vegetation, and types of land use.
